It's good timing to see fireflies from June to July.

It's often seen along the waterside, around 8pm to 9pm, on a rainless, windless day.

A clean and gentle stream is suitable.

Some sightseeing sites raise fireflies and release them for tourism, but this year there are cancellations and restrictions to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, so please check the condition of your favorite location.

5月後半から７月にかけて今まさに蛍鑑賞の時期です。

夜８時ごろから9時ごろ、月のない雨上がりの風のない日に水辺でよく見られます。

きれいで流れがゆるやかな川辺で、適度に草木が生えていて餌となるカワニナという巻貝が生息している場所が適しています。

しかし、今年はコロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため、中止や制限が設けられていますので、最寄りのおすすめ場所や日時と共にチェックしてください。
